New Strength Training Classes

shutterstock_225753814Strength Training is a 4 week program that will allow each athlete to track their progress from their reps, sets & weight lifted each session. The program combines all of the basic, fundamental movements (squat, bench press, deadlift) with a series of accessory movements designed to make the athlete stronger and more functional in general. The class sizes will vary from 10-15 athletes to assure that everyone is doing the core exercises properly and effectively. It’ll be the first class offered at Dan Campos Fitness that follow a properly structured fitness program with the ability for each client to see their progress from session to session and week to week.

 

There will be AM and PM times available, with a make-up day during the weekend.

 

The cost is $100 per person and the total enrollment will be open to only 30 athletes.
