Strength Training is a 4 week program that will allow each athlete to track their progress from their reps, sets & weight lifted each session. The program combines all of the basic, fundamental movements (squat, bench press, deadlift) with a series of accessory movements designed to make the athlete stronger and more functional in general.
The new website is almost ready, and the member section where you will be able to reserve classes, make payments, and check your status will soon be live.
